The International Art Film Festival (FIFA) is a non lucrative company which goal is dedicated to the promotion and the diffusion of the best worldwide Art films productions. For a duration of only 10 days, he FIFA is presented as being the annual most important event of the world in its field.

Herménégilde Chiasson will chair the jury of the 28th edition of the FIFA and will be shouldered by the scenario writer specialist in modern music Uli Aumüller (Germany), the scenario writer, writer and journalist Jean Bergeron (Quebec), the cinema historian Angela Dalle Vacche (Italy) and the galerist Jules Maeght (France).
